Facility Terms & Conditions

Welcome to B.C. Solutions. By requesting staffing services, submitting a shift request, or accessing our Facility Portal, your organization agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
B.C. Solutions provides qualified healthcare professionals on a temporary, PRN, contract, permanent placement, or emergency staffing basis.
Services may include:

Registered Nurses (RN)
-
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
-
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
-
Caregivers
-
Sitters/Companions
-
Other healthcare personnel as available
2. Shift Requests
Facilities may submit staffing requests through:

Facility Portal
-
Phone
-
Email
-
Approved electronic communication
Submitting a request does not guarantee staffing.
Assignments are confirmed only after written confirmation from B.C. Solutions.
3. Rates
Rates are outlined in your Staffing Agreement or Rate Sheet.
Holiday, emergency, specialty, and last-minute requests may have different pricing.
4. Minimum Shift Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed:

Minimum shift is 4 hours.

Facilities are responsible for payment if a shift is canceled after the cancellation deadline.
5. Cancellations
Facility cancellations made:
-
More than 24 hours before shift:
-
No cancellation fee.
-

Less than 24 hours:
-
May incur cancellation charges.

After professional has arrived:
-
Facility is responsible for the minimum contracted hours.
-
6. Time Verification
Facilities agree to accurately verify:
-
Clock-in
-
Clock-out
-
Breaks
-
Hours worked
False reporting may result in suspension of services.
7. Facility Responsibilities
Facilities agree to:
-
Provide a safe work environment.
-
Supply necessary equipment.
-
Maintain required staffing ratios.
-
Orient healthcare professionals to emergency procedures.
-
Notify B.C. Solutions immediately regarding incidents or concerns.
8. Professional Conduct
Facilities agree to treat all healthcare professionals with dignity and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or unsafe working conditions will not be tolerated.
B.C. Solutions reserves the right to remove staff immediately if safety concerns arise.
9. Clinical Supervision
Healthcare professionals work under the clinical supervision of the facility during assignments.
The facility retains responsibility for:

Patient care decisions
-
Physician orders
-
Documentation standards
-
Medication systems
-
Facility policies
10. Non-Solicitation
Facilities agree not to directly hire, employ, or contract with B.C. Solutions professionals without written authorization during the agreed protection period stated in the Staffing Agreement.
Placement fees may apply.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

Patient information
-
Business operations
-
Pricing
-
Employee information
-
Proprietary materials
HIPAA regulations must be followed at all times.
12. Billing & Payment
Invoices are due according to the payment terms outlined in the Staffing Agreement.
Late payments may result in:

Late fees
-
Suspension of services
-
Collections
13. Emergency Staffing
While every effort is made to fill emergency requests, B.C. Solutions cannot guarantee coverage for every request.
14. Limitation of Liability
B.C. Solutions is responsible for reasonable screening of professionals.
Facilities remain responsible for:

Patient outcomes
-
Clinical supervision
-
Facility operations
-
Compliance with applicable regulations
15. Compliance
Facilities agree to comply with:

HIPAA
-
OSHA
-
Federal labor laws
-
Florida regulations (or applicable state laws)
-
Infection control standards
16. Electronic Agreement
Submitting a shift request, checking the agreement box, or using the Facility Portal constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
17. Right to Refuse Service
B.C. Solutions reserves the right to decline staffing requests or discontinue services due to:

Non-payment
-
Unsafe working conditions
-
Harassment
-
Fraud
-
Policy violations
